• Drive Planet’s largest, complex efforts through the product life cycle • Focus on execution of programs for Insights and Solutions offerings • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market launches
Requirements
• 8+ years of scientific or engineering experience • Experience leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders across a broad organization and managing tight timelines • Experience with the product life cycle: concept through development, launch preparation, and go-to-market, plus deprecations and end-of-life • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills paired with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations • Equally comfortable and confident explaining your analyses and recommendations to business leaders as you are discussing technical trade-offs with engineers • Experience with organizational change management, listening to your audience and meeting their current state with a plan for incremental change • Ability to balance the tactical day-to-day with forward-looking improvements to scale operational efficiencies
