📋 Description

• PlanITROI has been providing global Reverse Logistics, IT Asset Disposition, and Asset Recovery Services. • Seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who is deadline driven and focused. • Responsible for performing and managing the day-to-day accounting functions under strict principles and standards. • Manage month-end close processes while ensuring timely completion of the close cycle within 12 business days. • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate and prompt transaction recording. • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Manage daily AP and AR transactions and resolve billing issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • 5+ years of Accounting experience. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. • Must have experience managing month-end close processes, including preparation and analysis of financial results. • Experience in eCommerce sales and inventory control needed. • Must have experience in sales tax. • Experience in ITAD, or the manufacturing industry desired. • Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines. • Ability to identify accounting process improvements while leading action plan development for implementation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote working environment. • Experience in QuickBooks and NetSuite desired. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
