Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in motion design • Ability to work effectively in multiple languages • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Familiarity with creating animations for web, social media, and mobile platforms • Familiarity with AI tools to improve or edit motion graphics • Understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing principles • Ability to explain design concepts in easy-to-understand language • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects • Strong communication skills to mentor team members • Passion for staying updated on motion design and marketing trends
