Description

• Recruiting and Administrative Assistant role supporting Utility Profit and Sunroom Rentals. • You will assist in recruiting efforts and manage day-to-day administrative tasks. • Work-from-home position available from any location in Mexico or within 2 hours of US Central Time Zone.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, and administrative support. • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Presentations, etc.) • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Experience with running background checks or with using Recruitee is a bonus. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • You’re the ultimate task master. • You don’t let things fall through the cracks. • You’re great at back-office logistics. • You're someone that people gravitate to because you're optimistic and remain upbeat. • You're good vibes on the phones/meetings, and you're someone that candidates and new team members enjoy interacting with.
