Description
• Drive efficiency within the organisation’s internal systems and processes • Enhance platforms and tools through automation tools and workflows • Manage day-to-day internal client interaction • Identify opportunities to utilise Microsoft Power Platform tools • Integrate between different systems and data sources • Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data management
Requirements
• Expert knowledge of Graph API, Azure, Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell • Solid knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint • Good knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus • Ability to interact at multiple business levels in a tactful manner • Effective stakeholder and change management skills • Good knowledge of Python (preferred) • ITILv4 certified (preferred) • Power Platform Certifications (preferred) • Working knowledge of security standards and risk management principles (preferred)
