Description
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the salary process, including calculation, accounting, and data reconciliation. • Manage the accounting of accruals and payment transactions using the 1C accounting program. • Work closely with the treasury, finance, HR, and legal teams to organize and launch financial processes. • Maintain an up-to-date salary table and oversee the planned salary budget to ensure alignment with company goals. • Prepare, reconcile, consolidate, aggregate, and analyze financial data on a monthly basis across company projects. • Support the finance team with other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Higher education in finance, economics, banking, or accounting. • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a Big4 or audit company. • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of the 1C accounting program is highly preferred. • Strong ability to analyze financial data and think critically and structurally. • Excellent communication skills in English (Intermediate level or higher). • Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and a responsible team player.
