Description

• Own the company’s data science strategy and help to further acquire, understand, segment, predict and retain our players. • Work closely with marketing, product and tech teams to provide structure and tools. • Lead the development and implementation of advanced data models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their KPIs and modeling requirements. • Build and maintain predictive models for revenue/profit forecasting, player behavior, game balancing. • Develop predictions for new games based on portfolio patterns. • Develop clear and concise data visualizations and reports for stakeholders. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science in mobile gaming (Andoird & iOS), with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data modeling systems • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Datastudio, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.). • Demonstrated experience with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). • Ability to understand business needs across multiple teams and execute to achieve their targets • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights. • A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry and player behavior. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
