Description

• Your role in this will be to help us design and implement new data structures and integrate new tools to support this. • Think of it as this - we need to make sure the commercial aspect of Pleo is happening as smoothly and efficiently as possible. • We achieve this by designing and maintaining the tech stack, extensions, and related processes. • In Pleo, Revenue Operations is a cross-functional discipline that goes across many areas, such as the demand and opportunity management process, sales planning and forecasting, and monitoring business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Business Analyst/ Data Analyst, or a proven track record working as an analyst in a similar operations position. • Business understanding of what data activation means and how your work impacts commercial teams in the front line (such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success). • Good understanding and hands-on experience with SQL. Understanding of dbt. • Experience writing digestible and accessible documentation for your stakeholders. • Experience building or maintaining ETL pipelines with Python, nodeJS is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Willingness to learn new technologies and languages. • Ability to work independently and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines. • Familiarity with database systems and structures (e.g. PostgreSQL, BigQuery). • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (our company language), with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with: Census, Fivetran, dbt, Airflow, Castor, HubSpot, Vitally.
