📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior IT Manager to lead our team of Business Systems Analysts within the IT Commercial organization. • In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our business applications and website effectively support our commercial teams and drive business growth. • You will lead the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of solutions across a variety of SaaS platforms, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business systems analysis or a related field. • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals. • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques. • Experience with SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Clay, Segment or other commercial tools. • Familiarity with system integration methodologies and best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
