Description

• Plotly is a leading innovator in data visualization and analytics. • Responsible for leading a team of engineers and architects. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including devops, UI/UX, and product management. • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the Dash Enterprise product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience shipping production software. • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams (managing 3+ ppl). • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and related technologies. • Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. • Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles, utilizing tools like Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible. • Familiarity with networking concepts, security scans and fixing vulnerabilities. • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Dedication to writing and encouraging clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
