Description

β€’ Seek out and recruit job candidates through various methods such as networking, social media, online job boards, and employee referrals β€’ Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications β€’ Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers and team members β€’ Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings β€’ Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job boards, and other recruitment channels

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field β€’ 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition β€’ Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team β€’ Detail-oriented and highly organized β€’ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
