β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field β’ 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition β’ Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team β’ Detail-oriented and highly organized β’ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
