Requirements

• A strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience. • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects. • Experience in creating and editing motion graphics and videos. • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Experience in creating graphics for both print and digital mediums. • Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback into design work.
