• An eager Business Operations Associate with strong communication skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to learn and pitch in any way you can. • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of the Plume ecosystem, market expansion, branding, and partnership development. • Design, implement, and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. • Analyze large datasets related to users, transactions, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Collaborate with teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support to ensure smooth business operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Crypto Native: Strong understanding of crypto communities and deep understanding of the communities you're involved in. • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development, marketing, business operations, or a similar role, preferably at a fast growing tech, blockchain, or financial services startup. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners. • Proactive: Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools is a plus.
