Description
• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy • Oversee the entire development lifecycle of mobile games • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers • Oversee the architecture and maintenance of back-end infrastructure • Use data analytics to drive player insights and monetization optimization • Partner with the CEO to communicate the company’s technical vision
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles • At least 5 years in the mobile gaming industry • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Deep understanding of mobile game development technologies • Proven track record in building, leading, and mentoring diverse technical teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
