Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 2D artists; • Establish and maintain team management processes; • Collaborate with game designers, developers, and UI/UX specialists; • Ensure 2D art assets are optimized for mobile performance; • Maintain artistic consistency based on feedback; • Involved in team members’ skills development; • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 2D art for casual mobile games; • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in color theory, composition, and visual storytelling; • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of artists; • Excellent leadership and communication skills; • Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator); • Experience with AI tools for Art Development; • Deep understanding of casual mobile game art trends and best practices; • Strong collaborative mindset; • Proficiency in English (strong written and verbal communication skills); • Experience in animation or motion graphics; • Familiarity with 3D modeling; • Understanding of design for international audiences and cultural sensitivities.
