• Take the creative helm in shaping Star Merge’s visual presence across platforms • Lead the creation and design of high-quality 2D marketing assets • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment with strategic goals • Research market trends and monitor competitor activities • Lead and mentor the 2D marketing art team and provide feedback • Help the 2D team implement Creative Director's vision
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Marketing Motion Designer in gaming industry • 1+ year of experience in a 2D Lead/Art Lead position • Experience in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style within a set of creatives • Ability to create interesting and non-standard concepts • Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, shapes, volume, and color • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) • Understanding of animation principles, timing, and character rigging • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (experience in Spine or other relevant tools would be a plus) • Strong understanding of Mobile F2P games market trends and Marketing Creatives production pipelines • Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions • Fluency in English
