Description

• Work directly with Partners to empower them to get the most out of Plusgrade products by understanding their business needs and goals • Lead training and Q&A sessions with Partners and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize Plusgrade products to the fullest • Collaborate closely with Product to determine which Partner requests we should and shouldn’t support

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of proven success in a solutions engineering role, especially in high-growth environments within categories like e-commerce, travel, and customer loyalty • Bachelor's degree in, Product Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
