• Product Solutions Engineer • Are you a creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and your finger on the pulse of the travel industry? • Collaborate with Partners to understand their business needs, leverage Plusgrade’s portfolio of solutions to exceed expectations, and drive innovation. • Partner with different cross-functional teams and enable the full potential of Plusgrade products and functionality. • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive optimal performance of our partners. • Identify Partner needs during discovery and support sessions, run workshops, and contribute to case studies. • Lead training and Q&A sessions with Partners and key stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with Product to determine which Partner requests to support. • Serve as internal technical expert on Plusgrade’s standard products.
• 2 to 3 years of proven success in a solutions engineering role, especially in high-growth environments within categories like e-commerce, travel, and customer loyalty • Ideally the candidate will have experience working in the travel industry and will have worked directly with airlines, cruise, or rail. • Strong entrepreneurial attitude to help innovate and execute product initiatives which in turn will create amazing traveler experiences across the Customer journey. • Able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions and show proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with external stakeholders ranging in functional expertise from engineering and product to business as well as with seniority levels up to executive management. • Ability to travel internationally to meet with Partners in their regions (up to 50% of the time) • Bachelor's degree in, Product Management, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
