β€’ About the Role β€’ Our client is a well-established digital marketing agency with a nationwide reach, specializing in helping service-based trade businesses grow their digital presence and customer base. β€’ The client is seeking a dedicated Call Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and effectiveness of their marketing campaigns by analyzing customer call data.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years experience in call center quality assurance, data analysis, or related field β€’ At least 1 year of experience in a remote work environment β€’ Proven track record of following instructions precisely and meeting deadlines β€’ Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information β€’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry β€’ Experience with standard business software (GSuite, CRM systems) β€’ WFH Set-Up: β€’ Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up. β€’ Internet speed of at least 40MBPS β€’ Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam β€’ Back-up computer and internet connection β€’ Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
