Why does this role exist? • The primary focus of this role is to ensure seamless and efficient handling of all incoming inquiries, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and accurate management of guest details.
Required Experience • At least 2 years experience in sales or customer service, preferably in hospitality • Experience with Dialpad or similar phone systems • Proficient in using Monday.com for data entry and record-keeping • Ability to send timely follow-up emails to guests • Flexible with working shifts to ensure call coverage • Proactive in managing leads and follow-ups • WFH Set-Up: • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, i5/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, or MacOs Ventura and up. • At least 25 MBPS wired internet connection and a back-up internet • Working noise-canceling headset • Working camera
What to Expect? • Tentative schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PST • Subject to change based on business needs • Rate: USD 5/hour.
