• Penske Media Real Estate is hiring a Director of Security to design, implement, and oversee the security infrastructure for a private island development. • Collaborate with Corporate Security to develop an advanced, integrated security framework tailored to the island’s unique needs. • Oversee the creation of physical security, cybersecurity, and access control systems. • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing security team. • Leverage cutting-edge security technologies to create a seamless and secure environment. • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and design proactive measures to address potential threats. • Develop and execute emergency protocols for various scenarios, ensuring safety and efficiency. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and private security agencies. • Ensure utmost discretion in protecting the privacy and security of clients and their assets. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security systems and protocols, staying ahead of emerging threats.

🎯 Requirements
