• As a Digital Marketing Contractor, optimize Paid Acquisition strategy at Podium. • Assist in execution of Paid Search program and drive strategy. • Communicate current performance against targets. • Make data-based optimizations to campaigns, ad groups, and keywords. • Assist in execution across other paid acquisition channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Paid Search, particularly with B2B tech companies • Mastery of Google Ads, with expert-level knowledge of campaign management and current paid search best practices • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into a detailed, actionable strategy • Demonstrated success in managing budgets of at least $50k/month • Ability to use in-platform and in-house analytics in conjunction to deploy and effective strategy • Critical thinking skills, wish an eye for detail and a bias for operational efficiency • Experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce preferred • Must be located in Medellín, Colombia • Must speak English fluently
