🎯 Requirements
• B.A. or B.S. or equivalent in a quantitative subject (computer science, engineering, mathematics, sciences, etc.), or significant, comparable work experience • 8+ years of experience developing software solutions for business users, including all aspects of the software development life cycle • Proven experience architecting software solutions and leading technical teams in software development projects • Strong ability to engage with business leaders and clients, translating business problems into technical solutions • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills • Proven experience developing software solutions in Python and relevant frameworks • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL) • Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) • Experience with modern software development practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines)
