Description

• As a Group Product Manager at PointClickCare, you are responsible for the vision and strategy of your product portfolio. • You manage a team of product managers and drive execution and delivery of value. • You utilize your familiarity with the healthcare domain to ensure success across the product portfolio. • You are a collaborative leader and use data-driven decision-making to foster team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study. • Solid understanding of Agile practices; familiarity with Design Thinking is preferred. • 5+ years' experience in Product Management, preferably in Senior Living Revenue Cycle, Private Pay and SaaS business. • Proven ability to manage and mentor software product managers. • Passion for understanding customer needs with a track record of delivering software with exceptional user experiences. • Strong balance of strategic and tactical skills with ability to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions. • Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader with influencing skills at all levels. • Ability to represent the company with insight, integrity and confidence with stakeholders. • Enthusiastic leader with a positive and resilient personality who embraces change.
