🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience of commercial enterprise software engineers with organizations larger than 50 people. • 5+ years delivering commercial software as a service solutions (SaaS). • Proven success growing high caliber engineering organizations. • Experience collaborating with senior leadership on strategic priorities. • Established perspectives on large organization leadership, communications, and change management. • Advanced knowledge of systems architecture and application architecture practices. • Advanced expertise in large-scale SaaS platform and interoperability engineering, as well as in large-scale SaaS data platform engineering. • Advanced knowledge of effective agile practices for large engineering organizations. • Experience leading organizations with full stack, full responsibility (blended developers and QA) teams. • Experience delivering highly complex enterprise solutions with demanding reliability requirements. • Experience delivering solutions with very complicated interoperability and regulatory requirements.
