Description
• Looking for a hands-on Scrum Master • Work horizontally across internal teams as part of the Engineering Team • Support the VP of Engineering and act as a bridge between the CTO and the organization • Ensure clarity on arranging the product backlog to maximize value • Document requirements with detailed descriptions • Drive and contribute to product backlogs and maintain roadmap • Facilitate Scrum events and teach Scrum practices • Create reports showing workload of team members • Remove deployment obstacles • Report to Technical Project Managers when needed
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master • Valid Scrum Master certification • Startup experience or comfort working in fast-paced environments • Deep technology experience and interest (Engineering or Science or Product Design) • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders • Hard-working, self-starter discipline • Data Analytics experience is a plus • Jira Cloud knowledge is a plus • Exceptional English language skills in both speaking and writing • Exceptional planning and communication skills
