📋 Description

• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for Pointsharp solutions. • Build strong relationships with customers and establish technical credibility. • Actively work with marketing and product management to improve product capabilities and messaging. • Represent the company at workshops, industry events and trade fairs. • Maintain relationships with existing customers and detect opportunities to cross-sell Pointsharp’s solutions. • Act as advisor to customer CxO in matters relating to Identity & Security.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in a customer facing technical role, such as sales/solutions engineer or pre-sales. • Extensive knowledge of Identity & Access management principles and technologies. • Knowledge of common authentication protocols such as Radius, SAML, FIDO, etc. • Knowledge of security regulations such as PSD2, GDPR, NIS2, etc. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both in written and oral business. • Ability to work in a matrix organisation. • Ability to work with minimum or no supervision. • Willingness to work as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team. • Willingness to travel of probably 20-40%.
