• About Us: Pole Star empowers better decision-making and protects clients’ interests. • The Opportunity: We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager in APAC. • Ideally situated in Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, or Malaysia. • Your role entails taking ownership of sales for shipping & offshore. • You'll identify and nurture new sales opportunities in APAC. • Position Pole Star Global as the foremost provider of technology solutions in the region. • Drive growth by developing effective sales strategies and managing a sales team. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in SaaS based sales to large enterprises in the maritime domain, ideally in shipping and offshore. • Proven success in delivering a sales quota of over $750k per annum for the past 3 years. • Experience selling enterprise software at C-level. • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. • Networking and negotiation skills. • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Desire and ability to exceed targets and supplement their pipeline with additional lead-generation activity. • Existing senior and C-Level contacts in shipping & offshore domain.
