Requirements
• Web3 Nativity: At least 1+ years in Web3, ideally in blockchain infrastructure or L1/L2 space. • Engineering Background: A solid foundation in Computer Science, with familiarity in Rust, Solidity. • Proven Product Delivery: Demonstrated experience in shipping innovative products. • Leadership Competencies: A proven track record of building high-performing teams. • Decisiveness & Drive: An absolute hunger to win, making fast, impactful decisions.
