📋 Description

• You’ll work on introducing new capabilities to our state-of-the-art coding LLMs, making them increasingly autonomous and capable agents in complex environments. • You will be part of our model training team and drive the research and development of frontier multi-modal models across the full stack of data, pre-training, and post-training. • This role expects a high level of autonomy, ability to navigate highly ambiguous research tasks pragmatically, and excellent ability of end to end execution. • You will have access to thousands of GPUs in this team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training multi-modal Large Language Models (LLMs) • Experience in training multi-modal LLMs from scratch • Experience with agentic computer use with LLMs • Knowledge/Experience of distributed training • Strong machine learning and engineering background • Research experience • Excellent in navigating open-ended tasks with a pragmatic approach • Familiar with the state of the art of multi-modal LLMs and computer use • Is comfortable in a rapidly iterating environment • Maintains strong opinions, weakly held • Programming experience • Proficiency in Python and a strong grasp of software development principles. Other programming languages (e.g., Rust, JavaScript, C/C++, Java, or Go) are a plus • A minimum of 2+ years of professional software engineering experience • Ability to ramp up quickly in new environments and infrastructure
