📋 Description
• Lead security initiatives at poolside. • Ensure that security processes do not hurt development velocity • Design and implement Design authentication and authorization policies company wide • Take responsibility for build comprehensive security reports • Lead our efforts to get official ISO, SOC2t2, and more certifications • Help build up our security incident response framework • Work as part of a team: plan future steps, discuss, and communicate clearly with your peers
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with the auditing and certification process for major security certifications • Experience working with security researchers • Solid grasp of IT infrastructure automation as this position is embedded in the infrastructure team • Engineering experience • DevOps: Git, Docker, k8s, Terraform, baremetal • Monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) • Strong algorithmic skills • Use modern tools and are always looking to improve
