📋 Description
• Be the liaison between our Enterprise customers and our Cloud Engineers. • Solution Architects onboard new customers to ensure that customers can install, manage and monitor poolside's platform. • Work with customers to deliver a scalable poolside product by customizing the deployment scripts to fit specific customer infrastructure requirements. • Use your expertise and customer knowledge, to support the engineering team to design and implement, performant, secure, and scalable solutions while building a standard poolside platform.
🎯 Requirements
• Collaborate with customers to adapt the cloud architecture to the customer reality while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, procedures, and customer interactions • Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions • Comfortable with distributed systems • Data pipelines, distributed processing, fault tolerance, performance optimization • Message queues, event-driven architectures, e.g. Kafka, Google pub/sub • Clouds: managed services, storage. GCP, AWS, Azure • Experience with developer experience tools • Worked on CI/CD pipelines • Worked with containerization in production environments • Experience in either Go, Ruby or Python (we're open to people from other languages) is a plus • DevOps: Git, Docker, k8s, Terraform, baremetal • Monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
