• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies for Instagram, focusing on building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving audience growth. • Support secondary platforms like YouTube and Pinterest to expand brand presence and reach. • Align all strategies with overarching brand principles and business objectives. • Content Planning and Creation: Collaborate with content creators, designers, agencies, and freelancers to develop engaging and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience. • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms. • Audience Growth and Engagement: Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies for audience development and increased engagement. • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community. • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports on key KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates. • Use insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes continuously. • Stay Up-to-Date with Trends: Keep abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. • Recommend and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead in the ever-changing social media landscape.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong emphasis on Instagram. • Experience working with or for brands, agencies, or content creators to grow social media presence. • Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest, including algorithms, best practices, and content trends. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a knack for creating engaging content. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
