β’ This is a remote position. β’ A leading logistics and transportation company specializing in providing comprehensive 3rd party freight solutions. β’ They are committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients and carriers. β’ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cradle to Grave Freight Broker Agent to join our team. β’ This role involves managing the entire freight sales process from prospecting and lead generation to pricing, closing deals, and overseeing the shipment process. β’ The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in freight brokerage, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of brokerage sales and operations experience in the transportation/logistics industry. β’ Proven ability to manage and grow business relationships with clients and carriers. β’ Strong negotiation skills and experience in pricing and margin integrity. β’ Excellent communication and customer service skills. β’ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. β’ Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. β’ Experience working with various modes of transportation (truckload, LTL, intermodal, etc.) is preferred.
