📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • A leading logistics and transportation company specializing in providing comprehensive 3rd party freight solutions. • They are committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients and carriers. • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cradle to Grave Freight Broker Agent to join our team. • This role involves managing the entire freight sales process from prospecting and lead generation to pricing, closing deals, and overseeing the shipment process. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in freight brokerage, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of brokerage sales and operations experience in the transportation/logistics industry. • Proven ability to manage and grow business relationships with clients and carriers. • Strong negotiation skills and experience in pricing and margin integrity. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Experience working with various modes of transportation (truckload, LTL, intermodal, etc.) is preferred.
