• About Us: Portcast is a Singapore-based B2B SaaS platform that provides real-time vessel and container visibility. • Our focus is on building the next-gen visibility platform to predict how cargo moves across the world. • We are a team of ambitious industry experts, data storytellers, and passionate engineers. • We're seeking a proactive and skilled Front-End Engineer with a strong focus on UI/UX.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Design, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of work experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design. • Experience in a B2B SaaS (UI + API) environment, ideally within the logistics tech industry. • Experience in a startup environment, particularly as an early engineering hire. • Proven experience with any of these: ReactJS/VueJS/NextJS, preferably with NuxtJS. • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services like AWS. • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. • Familiarity with CSS pre-processors such as Sass or Less. • Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, Yarn). • Strong knowledge with back-end technologies and API integration. • Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Empathetic communicator who values diverse perspectives. • Self-starter and comfortable working independently.
