• Act as trusted advisors to consult, teach, and guide customers • Help to drive value and adoption of Postman • Build and nurture strong customer relationships • Always be curious and conduct discovery • Be strong customer advocates • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success • Guide customers along their API journey • Establish liaisons with the Product team • Listen for and qualify customer feedback • Aid in producing enablement resources • Build solutions for customer problems
• Strong technical background from a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, a related field, or relevant work experience • Fluent in German and English • 8-12 years of experience as a solutions architect, sales/solutions engineer or software development engineer • Comfortable engaging and working with all levels of technologists • Experience with engaging senior management and executive audiences • Capable of forging deep, long-lasting relationships with customers • Strong understanding of APIs, and experience with producing and consuming with APIs • Strong understanding of modern development methodologies and DevOps • Comfortable with the enterprise SaaS sales process • Excellent listener that seeks to understand customer needs • Familiar with typical developer tooling: IDEs, Git, CI/CD, etc. • Fast learner, excited and willing to learn new technology • Great communication skills (presentation, verbal and written) • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and loves teamwork and collaboration
