•We are a tech-enabled growth firm focused on marketing, consulting & data intelligence. •We value diversity in backgrounds and experiences to drive revenue growth and brand recognition. •As an Analytics Engineer, you'll maintain and improve our novaCloud data warehouse. •Your role includes working with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy. •Responsibilities include developing analytics-ready data models and monitoring data pipelines.
🎯 Requirements
•1-3 years of experience in designing and implementing basic data models for analytics and business intelligence, focusing on supporting centralized and accessible data structures within data warehouses •1-3 years of experience in SQL-based data transformations using tools like dbt, with exposure to ETL/ELT processes and a willingness to learn best practices for optimizing data structures •1+ years of experience working with data warehousing principles and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), assisting in the creation and maintenance of analytics-ready datasets •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies, monitor data pipelines, and support performance optimizations under guidance •Experience working with or supporting cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and contribute to analytical solutions •Some experience or coursework in documenting data models, definitions, and transformations, with a willingness to improve documentation and maintain data quality standards •Exposure to new tools and methodologies in analytics engineering, with a proactive approach to learning and improving data transformation and delivery processes •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
