• The Data Ops Strategist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of our data infrastructure. • You will be the first line of defense for troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues, providing timely and effective support to internal and external stakeholders. • This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. • Responsibilities include providing Tier 1 support for escalated issues, implementation and audits of GA4, GTM, and marketing pixels, troubleshooting data discrepancies, assisting users with data visualizations, collaborating with teams on data quality, maintaining knowledge of best practices, and documenting troubleshooting steps.
• Strong proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets. • Strong knowledge of data collection best practices (event naming, campaign and UTM tracking) • Understanding and ability to implement server-side tracking and technologies • Solid understanding of data visualization principles and techniques. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology). • 1-2 years of experience in a data support or analytics role. • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and web analytics platforms. • Familiarity with data management and quality assurance principles.
