• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • In this role, you will be responsible for managing and recommending the best modern measurement strategies for our marketing campaigns, including Statistical Modeling, experiment design for incremental impact, customer analysis, and attribution-based measurement. • You’ll work out of our task management software, Asana, to coordinate delivery with other teammates. • Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL and Python • Communicate findings to internal PD stakeholders simply and eloquently, always leading to a “so what” and recommended action • Stats-based performance forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics • Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel • Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL • Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Understanding of data science concepts like statistical modeling, experiment design, limits of statistics, and data infrastructure to support data science • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
