📋 Description

• The Controller is responsible for managing and directing the accounting functions of the company (General Accounting, A/P, A/R, Audits) across all our geographies. • This role ensures the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective financial management strategies to support business growth. • The Controller will work closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to develop financial strategies and ensure the health and stability of the company's financial position.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role. • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, and financial modeling. • US GAAP expertise, financial reporting standards, tax laws, and internal controls. • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong business acumen with the ability to align financial operations with broader organizational goals. • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong leadership and team-building abilities. • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
