Description
• We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching the development team, and removing any obstacles that may impede the team's progress. • You will work closely with the Product Owner, ensuring that the product backlog is properly groomed and that the team is delivering value in every sprint. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile principles • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to facilitate and mediate team discussions and conflict resolution • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus • Experience with PMO project management • Experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for Agile project management
