📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications in either Worker or Company Squads. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. • Optimise performance and contribute to the PowerUs Mission. • Follow and iterate on engineering best practices to achieve a robust code base. • Identify and proactively address challenges on the product. • Demonstrate operational rigour around root causing and fixing bugs. • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to build new features. • Improve the code architecture and deliver high-value solutions. • Manage and take ownership of individual projects.
🎯 Requirements
• A few years experience in both backend and frontend development. • Experience with Typescript and additional experience with tech stack (Angular, Nest, Typescript, Nx, MongoDB, Jest, Docker) is an added bonus! • Familiarity with CI/CD processes. • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills. • Self-motivated and communicative. • Understanding and practical experience working with Agile software development practices. • Fluent English language skills is essential.
