β’ Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions to offer solutions to client issues. β’ Prepare and lead discovery workshops to collect requirements and understand business challenges. β’ Translate business needs into compelling and detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria by collaborating closely with clients. β’ Lead and coordinate build activities throughout the project, whilst keeping the client and project stakeholders updated on progress. β’ Recommend best practice activities for the consumer goods industry. β’ Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities. β’ Stay up-to-date on the latest innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to provide the most cutting-edge solutions to clients. β’ Develop your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring. β’ Mentor of other resources. β’ Conduct relevant research, analyse data, and continuously create reports to improve your proficiency. β’ Lead in internal initiatives and innovation tasks. β’ Participate in pre-sales activities.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting industry. β’ At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce projects delivering and/or leading implementations. β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects. β’ Proven experience in functional requirements gathering for at least 4 years. β’ Experience in pre-sales activities is a must. β’ Past experience in leading IT projects is a must. β’ Salesforce certifications are a must. β’ Hands on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, flows. β’ Hands-on experience with the enhanced data model of CG Cloud is preferred. β’ Understanding of the REX Offline application is a benefit. β’ Experience with process re-engineering and handling of client expectations. β’ Experience with project management and change management are a benefit. β’ Proactive, can-do attitude and a mind designed for problem-solving. β’ Capable of working in a remote team. β’ English language skill is a must. β’ Language skills in are considered a benefit, German or Spanish is a benefit.
