📋 Description
• Du fungierst als “Integrator” zwischen Geschäftsanforderungen und Technologielösungen, um Lösungen für Kundenprobleme zu finden • Vorbereitung und Moderation von Kundenworkshops zur Erfassung von Anforderungen • Übersetzung von Anforderungen in detaillierte User Stories durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden • Während des gesamten Kundenprojektes bist du Teil des Entwicklungsteams und hältst den Kunden und die Projektbeteiligten über den Fortschritt auf dem Laufenden • Teilnahme an QA- und UAT-Aktivitäten • Du bleibst stets up to date bei neuesten Innovationen, Trends und Entwicklungen rund um Salesforce, um den Kunden die modernsten Lösungen anbieten zu können • In spezifischen Salesforce-Schulungen und durch gezieltes Mentoring entwickelst du doch weiter • Du analysierst Daten und erstellst daraus kontinuierlich Berichte, um deine Kenntnisse zu verbessern. • Du beteiligst dich aktiv an internen Initiativen und Innovationsaufgaben.
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder in einer einschlägigen, vergleichbaren Branche • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Erfassung funktionaler Anforderungen, seit mindestens 2 Jahren • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing oder Commerce Cloud • Salesforce-Zertifizierungen sind ein Vorteil • Praktische Erfahrung mit der Konfiguration von Salesforce formula, Process Builder und Flows • Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Du kannst auch remote voll Leistung erbringen und hast bereits Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einem Remote-Team • Erfahrungen mit Branchen-Clouds wie Consumer Goods Cloud oder Non Profit Cloud sind von Vorteil. • Englische Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Muss. • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Vorteil.
