Description
• Join our dynamic team at Operation Excellence and Managed Services to deliver exceptional Salesforce solutions • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide insightful solutions • Independently seek out missing information by engaging with relevant stakeholders • Analyze existing Salesforce setups to identify areas for improvement • Design and implement Salesforce configurations and customizations that meet client requirements • Create and maintain clear documentation to enhance system understanding and knowledge sharing • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Functional Consultant or Developer; 2 years preferred • Proficient in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable • Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms with the ability to learn new systems swiftly • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively address challenges • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable navigating situations with incomplete information and figuring out solutions independently
