β€’ Join our dynamic team at Operation Excellence and Managed Services to deliver exceptional Salesforce solutions β€’ Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide insightful solutions β€’ Independently seek out missing information by engaging with relevant stakeholders β€’ Analyze existing Salesforce setups to identify areas for improvement β€’ Design and implement Salesforce configurations and customizations that meet client requirements β€’ Create and maintain clear documentation to enhance system understanding and knowledge sharing β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Functional Consultant or Developer; 2 years preferred β€’ Proficient in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable β€’ Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms with the ability to learn new systems swiftly β€’ Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and proactively address challenges β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders β€’ Comfortable navigating situations with incomplete information and figuring out solutions independently
