• Leads the development of messages and social media cards / graphics in English and Spanish. • Provides day-to-day support to the management of HCWH Global and GGHH social media accounts. • Monitors performance, prepares and presents timely reports. • Collaborates with different teams to achieve communicational impact. • Designs and edits reports, brochures, graphics, and illustrations as needed. • Assists in the upload of materials, creation, and edition of pages, templates, and processes. • Assists and supports the development and launch of newsletters and campaigns.
• At least two years experience in communications, preferably in the NGO or non-profit sectors. • A BA or BS degree in Communications / Marketing or related fields, or combined experience/education as a substitute. • Excellent written and oral English and Spanish communication skills. • Independent: Being able to work virtually and independently. • Knowledge and experience with the following programs and platforms are required: Adobe suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Canva • Drupal and MailChimp. • Microsoft Office and Google suites. • Experience with the following programs and platforms is preferred: Moodle
