📋 Description
• Supports the execution of events that align with the company's goals and drive brand engagement. • Focuses on event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support for in person events and logistics, planning and execution of virtual webinar events. • Supports the Event Managers on the team and handles work for multiple brands. • Some travel may be required to event sites. • Timely and accurate coordination of event logistics and deliverables. • Efficient vendor coordination and relationship management. • Maintaining accuracy in budget tracking and reporting. • Marketing webinar production; platform setup, hosting webinars, reporting, etc.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. • Internship or work experience in event coordination or marketing. • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies related to events. • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana. • Experience with live webinar production (experience with Livestorm is nice to have but not required)
