•Bachelor degree in related field •5+ years in an analytics role, preferably within the healthcare or RCM domain •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills •Excellent program management skills •Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences •Proficient in data visualization and dashboard development •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smartsheet •Tableau Certified Professional or equivalent experience preferred •Hands-on experience with databases and query languages •Strong work ethic, well-spoken, compelling and professional
