Description
• Drive performance management by objectives and key results • Provide technical guidance, quality assurance, and oversight on client-facing engagements • Provide project management on client-facing engagements • Manage, develop, and retain a team of up to 10 technically diverse and developing security engineers • Guide, assist, and contribute to internal initiatives and development opportunities • Maniacal focus on employee satisfaction during their tenure • Maniacal focus on client satisfaction during service delivery
Requirements
• 4+ years of industry experience with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity space • 2+ years of management experience overseeing technical teams • Prior cybersecurity consulting experience • Prior experience in offensive security • Prior experience in an outward and customer facing role • Prior experience in people and project management • Prior experience managing a technical team
