• About Pragma: Pragma is supporting healthy and vibrant online communities by creating a backend game engine— a platform of services and tools that enable game studios to launch live-service games. • We are seeking a passionate Game Services Engineer to ensure seamless integration and success of game studios utilizing the Pragma Platform. • Engage with game studios globally, providing solutions engineering and technical mentorship.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain deeply technical topics simply, and facilitate collaboration with a wide variety of customers. • Development experience integrating with backend services, especially game platforms. • Deep empathy for game developers and a desire to work with them to solve problems. • A customer-oriented mindset that prioritizes problem solving. • Game development, service development, or work with game engines like Unreal and Unity.
