Description
• Design engaging, language-focused game exercises that support Praktika’s learning outcomes • Develop prototypes to test new game concepts, iterating based on user feedback and data • Use analytics and user feedback to make data-informed adjustments to games • Work closely with Product, Development, and Creative teams to integrate games seamlessly within the Praktika app • Ensure that all games meet Praktika’s standards for edutainment by balancing entertainment value with structured language acquisition goals • Ensure each game is intuitive, immersive, and conducive to a smooth learning experience for users of all ages and skill levels
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer, with focus on character-based games • Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to creating meaningful gameplay • Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and performance metrics • Proficiency in game design software and prototyping tools • Strong understanding of game mechanics, interactive storytelling, and player engagement
